Most of our patio work is porcelain or Indian sandstone, the two materials homeowners across Walsall and Cannock ask for most. Porcelain gives a clean, low-maintenance finish that doesn’t stain or moss over the way sandstone can, while sandstone suits older properties where a more natural look fits better. Either way, we excavate to the right depth, lay a proper compacted sub-base, and set the falls so water runs away from the house instead of pooling.
A standard patio, around 20 to 30 square metres, usually takes three to five days depending on access and whether we’re breaking out an old concrete slab first. We’ll tell you that on the quote, not halfway through the job.
From £90 per square metre fitted, depending on material and groundwork required. We measure up and give you a fixed price before anything starts, so there’s no surprise on the final invoice.
