Enquiry and contact forms

When you submit a form on our website, such as a quote request or contact enquiry, the details you enter (typically your name, phone number, email address and a description of the job) are delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Formspree handles the technical delivery of your submission to our inbox; we do not use it for marketing and it is not used anywhere else on the site. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Analytics only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner: until then, no Google Analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set. If you decline or leave the banner unanswered, your visit is not tracked.

Once accepted, Google Analytics 4 collects data such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and an anonymised form of your IP address. It does not collect your name, email address or phone number through this tracking. We store your cookie choice, accepted or declined, in your browser's local storage under the name cookie-consent, so we don't ask again on every visit. We keep enquiry and job records for as long as necessary to meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations, and then delete them securely.
