- We're based in Great Wyrley and cover Walsall, Cannock and the wider West Midlands and South Staffordshire, roughly 15 miles from base. That includes Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Dudley, Willenhall, Rugeley, Penkridge and Brownhills. If you're just outside that, call us anyway and we'll let you know.
- From around £90 per square metre fitted, depending on whether you go for porcelain or Indian sandstone and how much groundwork the site needs. We measure up on a free visit and give you a fixed price for the exact size and material before anything starts.
- Most residential driveways don't need planning permission, but if the area is over 5 square metres and doesn't drain naturally into a garden, current regulations require permeable paving or a soakaway. We'll flag this on the site visit and factor it into the quote, so it doesn't come up as an extra once the job's underway.
- We usually get back to you the same day, often quicker, and can normally give you a firm start date within the week. Larger projects that need a digger and dumper on site take a bit more planning, but we'll give you a realistic date on the quote rather than a vague "soon."
- Both. We take on single jobs like a fence panel replacement or a security post, right through to full garden rebuilds. There's no job too small to quote, though very small jobs may have a minimum call-out to cover the visit.
- Porcelain is denser and non-porous, so it doesn't stain, moss over, or fade the way natural stone can, and it needs almost no maintenance. Indian sandstone has more natural colour variation and texture, and tends to suit older or more traditional properties better. We can bring samples of both to the quote visit.
