A driveway that fails within a few years is almost always down to the base, not the blocks on top. We dig out to the correct depth, install proper edge restraints, and compact the sub-base in stages rather than rushing it in one pass. For bigger jobs we bring our own digger and dumper on site, so groundwork isn’t rushed to fit around hired plant.
We work with block paving in a range of colours and patterns, and can match an existing driveway if you’re extending rather than replacing. Old tarmac or concrete is broken out and removed as part of the job, not left for you to deal with afterwards.
From £3,800 for a standard single driveway, more for larger areas or where extra excavation and a soakaway are needed. We’ll walk you through the drainage requirements on site, since a driveway over a certain size needs permeable paving or a soakaway under current regulations.
